Orders over $80 ship FREE.
Shipping is calculated at checkout and will vary depending on the item or items purchased.
But if you spend more than $80 your shipping is free! Your item(s) will be wrapped up carefully and sent to you within 1-3 business days.
We are located in Brisbane so the closer you are to us, the quicker you'll receive your parcel.
If you have not received anything within 10 days, please get in touch. If you are not in a metro area, please allow additional time on top of the above timeframes.
Please note: While Washable Paper is extremely light some items are bulky. Due to their bulk these items will attract the Parcel Post postage rate of $8.95. If a second bulky item is ordered this will attract the Parcel Post postage rate of $12.20. But due to weight and not bulk 2-3 bulky items can be posted for the $8.95 Parcel Post rate. If extra postage is charged and not required you will be notified via email and the 'postage overage' will be refunded.
International Orders
Australia Post is experiencing significant delivery delays to all International destinations due to limited airline capacity and government restrictions as a result of COVID-19. Australia Post is working with partner airlines and other postal operators to move items as quickly as possible to clear any backlog.
Please note: Australia Post has suspended their 'Economy Air' international delivery service for parcels and 'Economy' letters containing merchandise to all countries, territories and regions effective 3rd April, 2020 until further notice.
Unfortuantley as a result this will be reflected in higher shipping rates due to parcels having to be sent 'Standard Post' with tracking or Express Post.
