Return items back within: 30 days of delivery in their original condition. The items eligible for exchange must be in the same condition that you received them.
Faulty/damaged items: Please provide a photo and we’ll send you a replacement free of charge.
Change of mind: We are happy to refund or exchange. In the case of exchange you will need to cover the cost for postage and any variation in the products value.
Custom made orders: Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, we do not accept returns for custom or personalised orders.
